This is wrong on so many levels.
I cannot even imagine the damage the monthly dose of dye is doing to the little doggie and her fragile skin. I am actually surprised that this sort of stuff doesn't count as animal cruelty of some sort...
Well, hopefully the owner's using vegetable dye. Which wouldn't hurt her. But yes, if he/she is using regular dye it would count as cruelty.
