A turning point
Used to be I thought New Yorker cartoons were sometimes a little amusing but for the most part odd . Now? I think they're laugh-out-loud hilarious.

Despite all the laughter in my life, I think I might be the only person never to laugh at a print cartoon or the comics. (Hangs head in shame . . .)
I have a little card for mailing or gift, but I keep it. I've had it since 2000. It's from the New Yorker. It's a fish in an aquairum with a bubble above it's head saying "fish gotta swim" then a canary ina cage with a bubble saying "birds gotta fly" and then a little dog with a bubble saying "I gotta love one man till I die" and it just cracks me up. I am sure it may not even be funny I can't tell, but I still years later, will just crack up.
