Like Someone Famous
Today a Starbucks attendant asked me if anyone had ever told me I looked like someone famous.
No, I said. And then out of curiosity, asked: Who do I look like?
Oh, I don't know, he said. Just someone who's famous. Like a celebrity.
And honestly? I was flattered, even though it was just about the vaguest compliment I've ever gotten.

hahaha! i totally understand this. i worked the red carpet at the AFI film festival this year, and i was supposed to introduce the "talent" (i.e. celebrities) to the press. one press guy started to interview me and when i said "no no... i'm introducing him," and the guy was like, "girl, you look famous!"
haha... no idea what that meant... but i was definitely flattered. might have even blushed a bit :)
