Beauty In The City
Last week R, our musician friend T and I just wandered around the city for hours talking about life, music, and people we know or knew.
At dusk we ended up on a park at the western most edge of the island and as we watched the sun set over New Jersey I thought how little pockets of beauty dot every part of this earth... You just have to keep your eyes open.

How beautiful. These are the sudden things that makes us stop and be joyful that we are alive.
Interesting when the landlords want to repair their buildings, they raise the rent - may not be the repairs you need, but hey, someone's gotta pay for them.
The first year here a raise after 3 months in apartment, I helped pay for asphalt all the way around - it upped the degrees in the apartment about 15 degrees hotter in summer, and made it like an ice skating rink in the winter. Fun. And ugly. Hope they fixed your stuff!
Oh isn't it incredible to be able to meander and talk and talk about everything? That is one of friendships and lifes greatest treats and times...
Where will you land up? What topic next whatever, where ever sit and stare...
